6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet565 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent payment details.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by bet565

bet565 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for compliance purposes. In the event of closure due to breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Where no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.
